reversible handmade children's quilt! A sweet, simple nine patch design in red and blue polka dot fabrics is set against a creamy, unbleached muslin fabric. The accent blocks at each corner are made of a hand dyed sunshine yellow fabric, bringing out the yellow in the retro stripe borders. The snuggly, soft flannel backing fabric features little cowboys singing songs and making camp. Their apple cheeks and innocent expressions are reminiscent of children's book illustrations from the 1950s. An all over free-motion machine quilting design in shades of white and cream provides added durability, while the hand sewn binding in more of the red fabric adds the finishing touch.
