Shipping

Free Shipping applies to all orders over $100.00 (excluding taxes and fees) and are shipped Priority Mail with the USPS within the United States. All other shipping methods will be charged the standard rates. Handling, applicable taxes, and other fees may still apply. All packages will be insured and issued a tracking number/delivery confirmation for your convenience.

In order to receive free shipping, your order must first be over $100.00 (excluding taxes and fees) and you must select "Priority USPS" from the drop down menu of shipping methods at check out. If you do not select "Priority USPS" and your order qualifies for free shipping, you will still be charged the rates for the shipping method of your choice. Baby's Breath Quilts is not responsible for failure to select the correct shipping option and will not refund any shipping charges.

Free Gift Wrapping

Free gift wrapping is available on all orders. Your gift will be wrapped in a fun, unisex gift paper and a gift card with your message can be attached. Please enter your message in the Comments box at check out.

Order Processing

I do my best to ship all orders as soon as possible. However, please allow up to 2 business days for processing most in-stock items. Items shipping Next Day Air will receive priority and, depending upon time of day when the order is received, will ship either that business day or the following business day morning.

Sales Tax and Additional Charges

For all shipments made within Vermont, due to new 2007 tax law, sales tax will be charged on all shipping charges and calculated at the rates based upon destination. For example, if your address is in Williston, you will be charged the local option tax of 7% for both your purchase and the shipping fees.

For all shipments made outside of Vermont, no sales tax will be charged. It is our customers' responsibility to report the applicable taxes when filing ther income taxes. On international orders, including Canada, additional fees may apply.

Returns

All quilts in new condition may be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund of the purchase price. If you received free shipping, your refund will be for the purchase price less shipping charges. No quilts will be accepted for return once they have been washed or if they have strong odors such as cigarette smoke.

Defective quilts must be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund/repair/exchange. Items with unreasonable wear and tear, failure to follow care instructions, or stains are non-returnable.

Returns for any reason must be pre-approved by contacting Baby's Breath Quilts during regular business hours. No refunds will be given for items returned without authorization.

**All returns MUST be accompanied by the packing slip. If you do not have a copy of the packing slip, you will not be issued a refund.

All quilts being returned MUST be sealed in a plastic bag to protect them from getting wet during transit. We all know that packages are frequently left outside during all types of weather, and this will help protect the quilt from becoming wet and/or stained. Failure to do this may cause your return to be denied.

Baby's Breath Quilts is not responsible for returns being lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. I recommend you insure all returns and use a carrier with package tracking capability.

All returns (if approved) are for the value of the item only. At no time will shipping fees be refunded.
